For Women's History Month, a celebration of female directors and their incredible contributions to cinema. From the inception of the film industry there have been female directors, with Alice Guy-Blanché working as early as 1906.

Starring Alicia Silverstone, Brittany Murphy, and Paul Rudd.
Little Women (Gillian Armstrong, 1994): Four sisters come of age in the aftermath of the American Civil War. This adaptation includes an all star cast including, Winona Ryder, Kirsten Dunst, Claire Danes, Christian Bale, and Susan Sarandon.
Mississippi Masala (Mira Nair, 1991): Years after her Indian family was forced to leave their home in Uganda, Mina now finds herself living in Mississippi. Her budding romance with an African American carpet cleaner challenges the conservative beliefs of both of their families. Starring Sarita Choudhury and Denzel Washington.
Emma. (Autumn de Wilde, 2020): In 1800s England, rich and well meaning Emma meddles in the romantic lives of her friends. This adaptation of the Jane Austen book stars Anya Taylor Joy, Mia Goth, and Josh O’Connor.
